This incident affected: Data collection and processing (Gateway, Apps and websites usage, Screenshots, Shifts, Breaks, Time on projects and tasks, Productivity, BIM, RPA, Agent, ATM, Locations, Audit, Manual Entry) and Backend microservices (Analytics, Apps and sites directory).
